Matt Lauer Fired By NBC Over Inappropriate Sexual Behavior

We just learned that NBC Today show host and news anchor, Matt Lauer, has been fired by NBC.  Lauer was fired over a complaint made by a colleague that involved inappropriate sexual behavior by Lauer.

The Today show just broke the news live on the air with this statement from the NBC Chairman.

As you can see in the video, NBC Today show hosts were rattled over the news.  Savannah almost broke down in tears.

Matt Lauer has been with NBC News for over 20 years, mostly on the Today show.  When we get more details, we will update this story!
