Norm Kelly has absolutely no chill. The city councilman of Toronto, Canada is still throwing shots at Meek Mill weeks after his feud with Drake is over. The 74-year-old politician went on Twitter to poke fun at the Philly rhymer’s net worth.

On Thursday (Sept. 24), Kelly posted a list of the Forbes Hip-Hop Cash Kings 2015 list. Of course, the Maybach Music Group rhymer is no where to be found. Kelly added the snide remark, "Where ya at, @MeekMill," which is clearly in reference to the Future and Drake song, "Where Ya At." Drake appears at No. 3 on the list.

In Meek's defense, the "I'm a Boss" rapper was incarcerated for much of 2014, so he couldn't really earn any big money to grace the publication's highly-touted list.

Nevertheless, Kelly, who also tweeted that Meek was no longer welcome in Toronto, felt the need to slander him unceremoniously. You would think he would have better things to do than to diss the rapper again -- like, run the city of Toronto.

Several fans on Twitter feel the same way. Although some gave props to Kelly for standing by Drake, others feel he's sucking up way too hard and should focus on his duties as a city councilman.

"Norm Kelly [is] getting annoying," wrote one person, while another commented, "Does Norm Kelly have nothing better to do than be a hype man? Like be a politician maybe?"

However, some found Kelly's slander toward Meek hilarious. "Norm Kelly is that guy. LOL," tweeted one fan.
