It looks like Meek Mill's 2019 NBA All-Star Game performance caught Michael Rapaport's attention. The actor-podcaster was in the crowd during the Philly rapper's opening performance on Sunday night (Feb. 17) and called Meek a trash rapper during his critique of the nationally televised set. On Monday (Feb. 18), Meek jumped onto Twitter to clap back.

"Aye @michealrapaport don’t ever use the word trash when you speaking on nothing from our culture unless you tryna get trashed #2 who gave you authorization to be speaking on us? #3 what you charging now? Last time I seen You you wanted a selfie be great tho on the net ‍♂️," Meek tweeted about Rapaport, who claimed the Rick Ross affiliate wasn't even a top 20 rapper from Philly.

Meek followed that post up by uploading a throwback image of him and Rapaport with his own commentary. In the tweet, the rapper recounts not knowing who he was at first and remembers the way Nicki Minaj (who he lists as anonymous) confused Rapaport for the lead actor in the 1992 film White Men Can't Jump after the actor approached him for the photo. It's actually an image Rapaport himself posted onto his own timeline, except for his part, Meek cropped Nicki Minaj out of the photo.

At another point of his tweet spree about Meek, Rapaport criticized the rapper for his perceived loss to Drake in beef. "Meek Mill had a chance to prove he was a dope Rapper.....and then came DRAKE. That was a moment to stand tall as RAPPER. Like I said, great story, great look probably gonna do some positive stuff, none of that means you’re a DOPE MC. Dragged by DRAKE?"
