Megan Thee Stallion has officially signed to 300 Entertainment. Last night (Nov. 26), the Houston rapper confirmed as much when she posted a video of her popping champagne at 300's offices in New York City as she celebrated her landmark recording deal. Megan is the first female rapper to join the imprint founded by Lyor Cohen and Kevin Liles.

"Hotties!!!! I kno y'all have been begging for this moment just as much as I've been waiting on," Megan said in her caption for the post. "It Many deals were presented to me but this just felt like the right move and now I'm officially signed THEE MF HOUSTON HOTTIE IS COMING TO SHUT SHIT DOWN thank you carl @1501_certified_ent and farris @tfarrismoney for sticking with me❤️❤️ @300ent FIRST MF LADY."

The deal comes shortly after Megan dropped her latest project Tina Snow, which features standout cuts like "Cocky AF," "Big Ole Freak" and "Make a Bag" which features Moneybagg Yo. Prior to that release, Megan delivered other memorable projects like her 2017 EP Make It Hot and her 2016 mixtape, Rich Ratchet. In between, she's impressed the game with her "Stalli Freestyle" and her special remix of XXXTentacion's "Look At Me!. Speaking to XXL recently, Megan reflected on being compared to Trina and the late Pimp C.

"When I was first coming out, I was definitely getting a lot of comparisons to Trina," Megan said. "But it's definitely because, in this generation, people are so quick to judge without doing no type of research. Then I started getting the Pimp C comparisons and I was like, 'That's what I was going for! I love him!' That's my guy. I definitely got the Pimp C comparisons. Q-Tip told me that he feels like I remind him of a Nas, how I be rhyming my words and stuff like that."

XXL has reached out to 300 for comment on Megan's signing. Watch Megan Thee Stallion celebrate her new deal below.
