Who can forget Miguel’s leg dropping, foot stompin ordeal during the 2013 Billboard Music awards.  According to BET, audience member Khyati Shah was penned under the singers right thigh, but Cindy Tsai took the brunt of the crash landing.  The fan was kicked in the back of the head before Miguel came up short and landed on her, slamming her head into the catwalk.

Billboard producers told Miguel not to try an jump over the crowd, because it was to dangerous and as we all know he ignored them and did it anyway.  Now he going to pay dearly for that decision, as one of the women has filed suit.  TMZ is reporting Cindy Tsai is lawyered-up and suing Miguel and the MGM Grand Hotel (where the event took place) for negligence, damages to cover medical bill, lost wages and pain and suffering.

No word on what Tsai is asking for, but I'm sure it's a pretty penny.  On a brighter note for Miguel, the 29-year-old is currently putting the final touches on his next album entitled, WildHeart. Look for his new single "Coffee," featuring Wale.
