As we reported yesterday, there’s a better-than-even chance that ‘American Idol‘ star Joshua Ledet will be returning to town on Saturday like the conquering hero he’s become.  First, he'll be here in our studios, then he'll be in a parade, then finally he'll give a live performance at Burton Coliseum.

Of course, this all depends on whether or not  he survives the next round of voting.  That means you can’t get complacent and just say, “Well, he’s popular.”  If you want to see him in the finals, you have to do your part and vote for him!  If he stays, he’ll be in our studios during the 8 a.m. hour on Saturday.  (You even have a chance to witness that interview live, if you like.)

After that, it’s back across the bridge to Westlake, LA where he’ll have a parade thrown in his honor down Sampson Street at 2:30 p.m -3:30 p.m.  The route is as follows: It will start on McKinley Street and continue down Sampson Street to Garden Drive and end at Westlake High School.

And then, after that, there will be a “pep rally” thrown for him at Burton Coliseum at 6 p.m. With FOX’s camera crews in tow, he’ll also be the featured performer of the evening.  The Lake Charles American Press also reports he could pop up at Contraband Days at some point.
