Chris Brown is catching heat from his neighbors over graffiti on his L.A. crib.  A neighborhood group ain’t feelin Breezy’s eye for art, as the R&B singer has goblins painted along his retaining wall.

According to the Los Angeles Times, his neighbors claim the artwork is scaring the children in the community.  Patti Negri, president of the Hollywood Dell Civic Assn. told reporters, “There are lots of babies, lots of children, and they’re literally frightened. It’s like devils on the wall — big scary eyes and big scary teeth, and just the whole vibe is not what we’re used to.”

In light of all the drama, Chris took to Twitter in an attempt to defend himself tweeting “Keep em inside then! It’s art. There are scarier creatures on Harry potter.  Get a f—ing life!”

Chris’s attorney, Mark Geragos, contends that neighbors are simply harassing him, because of the fact that they keep filings frivolous claims against him.  Meanwhile, Mrs. Negri insists that they are happy to have Chris in the neighborhood “if he just tones it down.”

Non the less, Breezy’s neighborhood watch reported him to the city council, find out what their investigation results were below with Tha Wire.  What do you think.  Should Chris be forced to take down his art?
