I must say it blows me away that BET didn't nominate Kelly Rowland for a single award.  I like Tamar Braxton, but honestly she didn't deserve a nomination yet, mainly because she only has one hit single and no album out.  BET completely ignored Kelly and ironically, she's getting ready to drop her fourth studio album.  I don't get it.

Kelly's come a long way since Destiny's Child and a proved to be a R&B superstar.  She's scored numerous hits since going solo from 'Like This', 'Motivation', 'Ice', 'Kisses Down', to her newest single 'Dirty Laundry'.  Here's a teaser of her new joint.

Kelly Rowland leads the way with her forthcoming fourth studio album, ‘Talk a Good Game’ and heating up the blogosphere with her revealing track about overcoming an abusive relationship.

Another artist grossly overlooked time and time again is songbird Chrisette Michele.  Chrisette is an incredibly talented artist, who's released countless hit singles herself from 'Blame It On Me' to 'If I Had My Way', this girl is a beast and has yet to get her just do.  Non the less, she's still making beautiful music.  Speaking of which, here's her latest 'A Couple Of Forevers'.

Ashanti is making a come-back this year as well and recently dropped her first single in nearly four years, 'Never Should Have'.  Here's a look at her new video:
