Nicki Minaj Gets Dragged For Posting Video Of Alleged Mentally Ill Woman -Tha Wire

Today in Tha Wire, I guess you can say Nicki Minaj is on Santa's naughty list right about now.  The rap diva is being dragged on social media, because of a video she uploaded last Sunday Dec. 4.  The video has drawn some strong opinions too.  In the milli-second film the raptress is laughing at an older woman, who's seen better days, that's fussing and cussing at her for some unknown reason.

The 32-year-old Young Money artist has roughly 69 million followers, an some of them are feeling some type of way about the video.  One commented,

“She didn’t have to post this video. She didn’t even have to have the camera out. You can tell something wrong with this lady.”

While others lashed out in anger and demanded she take the video down.  Then Wendy Williams covered the story and called the rap star an "insensitive b***," and that just set-off even more ranting from both side.  Some fans clapped back and said,

• mogul_king@enricgalli for what? She did nothing wrong so why should she delete it??

Basically the video has taken on a life of it's own and garnered more than 2 million views.  As we all know hindsight is 20/20, I would say it probably wasn't a good idea to post this video.  Cause it's never cool to make fun of people.  In my personal opinion... I don't think she was being malicious or had a sinister motive to make fun of the mental state of the woman.  I think whatever set the lady off and caused her to walk off yelling profanities, surprised the star if anything.  Nic even asked the woman, "what did I do?," as if to say wow she's really mad.

On the other hand, I can also see why some people are upset and feel the star is making fun of the woman.  She was.  I just don't believe it was BECAUSE of the woman's alleged mental illness, addiction, homelessness or drunkenness.  I just think at the time, Nic thought it was funny and posted it...period.

None-the-less I'm not going to add insult-to-injury by re-posting the video.  So if you gotta see what all the hype is about, go to Nicki's Instagram page and form your own opinion.

MOVING ON..congrats to Gucci Mane!  The rapper actually popped the question to his lady, Keyshia Ka'oir, over the Thanksgiving Holiday at the Atlanta Hawks/Pelicans game. Peep how it all went down below!

Awwwe!  I am truly happy for Gwop.  He has really turned his life around, he looks great and his music is back on point.  That rock is big AF too!  Wow!!!

Congrats once again to the happy couple!  Saturday Gucci announced the two have set a date on Twitter.  So it's official, they plan on jumping the broom October 17, 2017.
