Nicki Minaj is about to give birth -- to a big ol' MTV Video Music Awards performance. The rapper is the latest artist to be added to the performance lineup at the annual awards show.

Poking fun at the recent rumors that she's expecting a baby with Meek Mill, Minaj announced her VMAs performance by sharing an image of a sonogram featuring an MTV Moonman. Looks like there won't be any baby bump reveals on the red carpet a la Beyonce this year.

There are plenty of songs the Queens MC can perform on the VMAs stage but chances are she won't pick just one and go for a medley. Surely there are fan favorites on The Pinkprint album but "Feeling Myself, "The Night Is Still Young" and "All Eyes on You," her collaboration with Meek Mill and Chris Brown, could very well be on her set list. The best part about her performance? She'll be kicking off the evening's festivities as the opening performer.

This will be the third time Nicki Minaj has performed on the VMAs main stage. In 2012, she joined Alicia Keys for "Girl on Fire" and last year she showed out with her smash hit "Anaconda."

The rhymer joins a big-name list of artists set to hit the stage at the MTV VMAs. Pharrell, the Weeknd, A$AP Rocky, Macklemore and Ryan Lewis will also perform on Sunday (Aug. 30) at the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles. Make sure to tune in to MTV at 9 p.m. to witness the magic happen.
