While the Richard Pryor movie is coming with Mike Epps as the lead character and Lee Daniels directing. Alot of folks don't know that not only was Nick Cannon and Eddie Griffin up for the role at one time. Marlon Wayans was also in consideration. Well today the actual audition tape came out and features Marlon Wayans as Richard Pryor and Omar Epps as a physciatrist. Marlon really shows that he can do more then borderline edgy comedy.

I am  truly impressed by his performance,  but I think alot of folks really want to see how Mike will pull it off. Some folks tend to compare him to Richard anyway and only time will tell whether he can do a good job or not. Of course with Lee Daniels and Oprah Winfrey behind it, it's gonna be a winner.
