People Caught Looting Stores During Hurricane Harvey in Houston

There are individuals in this world who have no qualms about taking advantage of unfortunate events and situations, as did the people in the video above who were caught on video looting a strip mall in Houston after Hurricane Harvey hit the city.

In a life or death situation, you do what you must to survive without hurting anyone. Stealing electronics isn't life or death, especially when the majority of the city is under water and no one has power. For that, I will never understand the mind of a looter.

Watch as the thieves get away with a couple of flat screen TV's as others look to have looted a Family Dollar store as well.
