President Obama Compares Republicans to ‘Grumpy Cat’ [VIDEO]

What do you when you’ve served two terms in the White House, and you have one year left? You say whatever the heck is on your mind.

While speaking at the Democratic National Committee’s 22nd Annual Women’s Leadership  Forum in Washington D.C. on October 23, President Obama spoke about our nation's improvement, but evoked the question as to why Republicans are still so down on America. The POTUS compared Republicans to "grumpy cat,” then proceeded to make a mad face and sending the audience into laughter.
