"You live and you learn" sounds like it could've been a track on Pusha T's Daytona album, but apparently it's a mantra that applies to the artist's past history writing fast food jingles.

Pusha appeared on The Drink Champs podcast with N.O.R.E. and DJ EFN this week, where he discussed his highly-praised LP, G.O.O.D. Music, his Virginia roots and, naturally, answered questions about his short-lived bout with Drake these last few weeks. After speaking on his and Ye's minor disagreements while creating his third studio album, the "If You Know You Know" emcee was then questioned about his involvement in the creation of the McDonalds' jingle, "I'm Lovin' It," with Justin Timberlake.

After Noreaga joked about Push ghostwriting for Ronald McDonald, The Clipse member admitted he'd only gotten money upfront for the jingle, not realizing how much he would have made had he received publishing checks. For the record, Justin Timberlake received $6 million to sing the song, while the "Can't Afford It" rhymer was given half a million dollars to co-write it. There's no word how much The Neptunes—who produced "I'm Lovin' It"—made off the track to date.

"I want people to know because they need to understand," Pusha explains after admitting he took "a super L." "Keep your publishing, man. That check'll be nice, but 'I'm Lovin' It' been runnin' for how long now? Who knows what it'd been."

"But just so they know, the get back is real," he immediately adds. "I also own 40% of the Arby's commercial. So be clear. When you hear that guitar strum, that's mine. 40."
