Today in Tha Wire R. Kelly, whose real name is Robert Sylvester Kelly, is dealing with some serious empty nest syndrome right about now. However, the fact that his nest is empty... has nothing to do with his kids. On November 26, the R&B superstar had two homes burglarized while he was on tour. The robberies are under investigation, and police believed they way things went down, whoever did it, knew Kells real well.

The singer recently confirmed that to be true, though he didn't elaborate on who he thought it was. A man named Alfonzo Walker is believed to have been involved. I'll get to how his name popped-up in a few. According to the NY Daily News The Pied Piper of R&B, said that this is the sort of thing that happens when you let people "get close" to you. As for the robberies both cribs burglarized, were located in the Atlanta area. A housekeeper alerted police about one of the homes being robbed, after arriving to clean the property. She told authorities when got to the crib it was completely empty.  I do mean... empty. Peep the videos below. Disgusted, Kells took to Instagram to show fans the damage left behind after thieves ransacked his home.

Everything from furniture, to appliances was taken out of the homes! Crazy right? The other house, according to the NY Daily News was a rent home, located in nearby Johns Creek.  It too, was completely stripped. Neighbors in that area were vigilant though, and quickly notified authorities when they seen moving trucks in front of the singers home. It's being reported that a neighbor even questioned a man standing outside to find out what was going on. Turns out, that man was Walker.

The neighbors told police Walker told him, that R. Kelly was moving to Chicago. Word has it, Walker was indeed on Kelly's payroll reportedly doing various "odd jobs." Hopefully having at least one name in connection to the crime, will make it easier for authorities to follow the trail. In the meantime, the singer's been puttin in work. Over the last couple of years he's dropped two albums (The Buffet and 12 Nights of Christmas,) and launched two tours (The Buffet Tour and The After Party.)

Billboard reports the turnout for Kelly's concerts, took a dive after more sex allegations involving the singer made the news. The R&B legend was once again accused of being sexually involved with underage girls. In addition R. Kelly was also accused of running a sex cult out of two different properties. On of them being a crib recently robbed in Atlanta. Peep the story by Billboard below.

Of course R. Kelly has denied all sex cult accusations. I'll keep you posted with any further details regarding his recent home invasions. For the latest catch the best entertainment news on the radio, with Tha Wire, on The People's Station 107 Jamz.
