Ralo was arrested on Sunday (April 15) and is being held without bond on felony conspiracy charges to distribute marijuana. Now, more details of the Georgia native's arrest are coming to light.

The rapper was busted with approximately 440 pounds of marijuana, which has been valued at over $840,000, while flying privately into Dekalb-Peachtree airport in Atlanta.

An affidavit obtained by WSB-TV reports that Ralo is deeply tied to a criminal gang in the Atlanta area known in the streets as "Famerica," which the 23-year-old is alleged to have a leadership role within.

Following his arrest on Sunday, police, ATF and FBI agents raided an Atlanta apartment complex, known as "Lil Pakistan," which is owned by Ralo. Agents kicked down the doors in the early morning hours on Wed., April 18, and have since confirmed the incident's relation to the 2018 XXL Freshman hopeful's arrest.

Unfortunately, this isn't the Diary of the Streets 3 rapper's first run-in with the law. He was previously pulled over back in February for driving with a suspended license. Ralo contested the dispute, claiming he was the victim of unfair racial profiling on Instagram. "Young, Black, Smart, Rich, an Muslim. #1 most hated type of guy in this country. On my birthday i was pulled over due to cancellation of registration," he captioned on his birthday (Feb. 12). It's still unclear if he was actually arrested for the incident.

XXL has reached out to the ATF branch for further comment on the situation.
