The official police report says The Capo was pulled over around 2AM in the Bronx and when they approached his vehicle, the rapper had bloodshot eyes and looked disoriented.

What did him in, according police was the fact that Jones failed his sobriety tests and then refused a breathalyzer test at the police station.  Long story short Jones was eventually charged with driving under the influence of drugs, which, reportedly, was marijuana.
