Unfortunately Jim Jones  was busted for allegedly driving high.  According to TMZ the rapper was arrested earlier this week on Tuesday morning after cops stopped him for speeding.

The official police report says The Capo was pulled over around 2AM in the Bronx and when they approached his vehicle, the rapper had bloodshot eyes and looked disoriented.

What did him in, according police was the fact that Jones failed his sobriety tests and then refused a breathalyzer test at the police station.  Long story short Jones was eventually charged with driving under the influence of drugs, which, reportedly, was marijuana.

In other news its bad news for Katherine Jackson as a jury found AEG Live not liable for her sons’ 2009 death, bringing the five-month wrongful death lawsuit trial to a close.
Katherine Jackson filed a $1 billion wrongful death lawsuit against the concert promoter for hiring Dr. Conrad Murray, who as we all know gave Michael Jackson a lethal dose of Propofol.  Murray was convicted of involuntary manslaughter in 2011 for his part in Michael's death and though he’s currently incarcerated, he is set to be released later this month after serving only two years.

Katherine Jackson's legal team insists that AEG is liable from somewhere between $900 million and $1.6 billion in economic loss, plus $290 million in personal damages for their negligence in hiring Murray and failing to supervise him.

Finally, DJ Quik says Andre 3000 has been spreading rumors that he has AIDS, which just to be clear…HE DOES NOT.  Anyway, Quik called out in a series of tweets beginning Monday this week charging, "Andre 3000 had some interesting things to say about me…, stay tuned."

Though he received no response the West coast rapper returned with more Twitter accusations the next morning tweeting, "Andre 3K told his bother that I was sick and that turned into 'DJ Quik got the monster. Big rumor in the Midwest. Thanks Andre Badu."
