Rapper Trina Rushed To The Hospital — Tha Wire [VIDEO]
Rap femcee Trina was rushed to the hospital after fainting at a Florida airport on Monday morning.
TMZ is reporting, she passed out just minutes after stepping out of an airplane. Doctors are saying a combination of dehydration and exhaustion was the cause. The 34-year-old rapper had been traveling the whole day and was battling a cold.
The good news is Trina is expected to make a full recoveryt. While she was in the hospital, Trina posted an Instagram picture of her with an IV in her arm.
We wish her a speedy recovery.
In other news, TLC is getting ready to drop their greatest-hits album, ’20.’ The collection will be released one week before their upcoming VH1 biopic, ‘CrazySexyCool: The TLC Story.’ As far as the new 14-song LP, it’ll feature the R&B group’s chart-topping songs like ‘No Scrubs,’ ‘Unpretty,’ ‘Waterfalls,’ ‘Creep’ and ‘Ain’t 2 Proud 2 Beg.’ In addition, one new joint will be included on the new project, a track written by Ne-Yo is called ‘Meant to Be’.
The following week, on Oct. 21, VH1 will air ‘CrazySexyCool: The TLC Story,’ a biopic about the girl group’s rise in the music game during the 1990s. The movie stars KeKe Palmer as Chilli, Drew Sidora as T-Boz and Lil Mama as the lateLisa “Left Eye” Lopes.

Finally, Lil Wayne is launching a new TRUKFIT line for the ladies today. TRUKFIT Juniors will feature everything from T-shirts and tops to outerwear and accessories. The first collection is said to be knit and cotton-driven with “edgy floral prints, stripes, and fun, bold pops of color on black-ground.”
