Rapper YG Shot in L.A.

According to TMZ, Compton rapper YG was shot early Friday morning at a recording studio in Los Angeles.

The incident occurred around 1:45 a.m. in Studio City, where the “Who Do You Love” rapper was shot 3 times in the hip. Rep’s for YG said that his injuries are non life threatening, and that he’s fine.

The rapper managed to get into his car and have someone drive him to a hospital. Police were called and found multiple shell casings and blood on the sidewalk, but when they attempted to interview YG at the hospital he was reportedly “very uncooperative,” said TMZ.

A shooter has reportedly not been apprehended.
