Believe it or not we are remembering those lost in the  September 11th tragedy that shook up every person with a heart around the world. I was just moving to Lake Charles in July of 2001, and I can remember how happy my family and I was to be here with my new job and promotion. Who knew that less then 2 months later I would be even closer to my family and friends here because of the date that I will always remember September 11th 2001!I was just walking into the building and everyone in the building was standing around watching the television. I was riding to work without any music or distraction that day and was actually in a very good space to begin the day. I asked them what was going on as I was totally oblivious to what was happening, but it didn't take long for me to find out what was up. Even though I did not know one person who was directly harmed or affected, it totally bothered me in more ways then one. I literally went to my office and had to get myself together that day, or course we got on the radio and talked about it, and ran the news as it was coming down the wire. That was a painful day for everyone involved even my wife called me that day crying. Remebering those lost from family, friends and even those close to home, I still feel a certain way about that and am very excited at how the country really came together during that time as an international family. R.I. P to those lost and please remember those whose lives we have lost from civilians, to military to civil service men and women. I got love for you all, don't let this day go by without counting your blessings everyday.
