Today in Tha Wire, Rich Homie Quan turns himself in and is booked and charged in relation to a March assault and Bobby Brown is forced to leave his daughters side.

As previously reported rapper, Rich Homie Quan allegedly attacked a security guard, after being told he couldn't enter Miami's famous LIV Nightclub.  In an incident that took place in March, the rapper and his crew attempted to enter the club through a VIP door when they were stopped by club security.

The guard told police that he told Quan the club was at capacity and he'd have to wait.  At which time the rapper went ballistic and asked security if they knew who he was.  From their the guard claims Quan hit him in the face, breaking his nose and someone from his entourage hit him in the back of the head.  According to the guard after the assault the rapper and his entourage fled the scene by speed boat.

Since the incident, a warrant was issued for the rapper arrest and questioning about the incident.  According to BET.com Wednesday (April 8) afternoon, Quan turned himself in at the Miami Beach Police Department.  The rapper was booked and officially charged with 1 count of misdemeanor battery.

BET reports while in custody Rich Homie Quan denied he assaulted anyone, claiming he wasn't even at the club, but in the speedboat the entire time.  Listen to the Breakfast Club crew talk about what they know about the incident below.

The International Business Times (IBT) reports Bobby Brown's going to have to leave his daughters side do to contractual obligations.  As you know Bobbi Kristina Brown is still in the hospital, where she continues to recover after being found unconscious in a bathtub in January.

For a quick update on Bobbi Kristina's condition, IBT is reporting that no significant changes have occurred since she was hospitalized in January.

According to reports by TMZ the 46-year "Bad Boy of R&B", was slated to begin touring Australia with Naughty By Nature last month, but do to his daughters situation he canceled several dates.  Now comes word, concert promoters patience are wearing then and they want B-Brown to fullfill his obligations as outlined in his tour contract.

So long story short,  he's being forced to perform because he's under contract to do so.
