Rick Ross has been maintaining a healthy lifestyle ever since he suffered a seizure back in 2011. The Miami rhymer is getting so slim that he’s becoming almost unrecognizable.

Recently, TMZ’s cameraman caught Rozay at LAX headed to security looking very healthy and fit. The svelete rapper reportedly lost over 100 pounds.

So how did he do it? Along with a healthy diet, Ross's secret weapon is Crossfit. Ross loves his exercise regimen so much that he now calls it “RossFit.” In a 2014 interview with Tim Westwood, he explained his exercise regime.

“I call it RossFit now. Earlier this summer Reebok had introduced me to a trainer, and what he turned me onto was, let’s say for instance if you’re on a treadmill and you did that s--- for 30 minutes, you burning calories but you could be doing something that’s burning calories and building muscle at the same time," he said. "The most I used to do to exercise is stand up to count the money."

Despite owning several Wingstop and Checkers restaurants, Ross has managed to not overindulge in lemon pepper wings and cheeseburgers. The Maybach Music honcho has also been posting his slimmer physique on his Instagram.

Ross is also staying in shape this summer by performing at various summer festivals. He's set to rock the Billboard Hot 100 Music Festival, which takes place from Aug.19-20 in New York.
