Get to the root of the problem.  What is keeping you from working out?  What is stopping you from eating right?  What is the real reason you haven't taken that first step?

Get to the root of the problem, so you can start taking the first steps in getting healthy.  Most of the time, WE are our problem.  However, there are other circumstances like work, kids, motivation etc.  Get to the root of whatever it is that's stopping you from achieving a healthier life styling.  Eliminate it by finding that babysitter for a couple of hours a week or bring the kids with you.  Take a stand and get determined.
