Finally, the L.A. Times reports the season four premiere of The Boondocks broke the series’ all time ratings record.  So it looks like the show is doing just fine without it’s creator, Aaron McGruder( who resigned last year).  In spite of a four-year hiatus, fans flocked in front of their TV’s, 1.4 million strong to watch the “Pretty Boy Flizzy” episode making the show #1.

In case you missed it, enjoy!

Season four was the highest rated Adult Swim prime-time program in five years.  The Boondocks ratings even beat NBC’s The Voice and the NBA playoffs on TNT.  FYI, the next episode, “Good Times” will air Monday, April 28th at 9:30 pm and if you have a cable subscription, you can actually stream The Boondocks here.
