Set A Goal- Sharmita Rideau Health Minute
Part of getting fit and making life changes is setting a goal. You have to figure out where you want to be in order to construct the right plan of action. It's OK to set a goal and then change it once you reach it, but you have to start somewhere.
So get started! Make sure your goal is obtainable though, otherwise your setting yourself up for failure. As you meet your goal, change it and set a new standard as you go. For example: If your just getting started, your goal may be to loose 5 pounds in 1 month or to drink more water everyday.
Goals should never be something that's impossible to reach. You'll find that each goal you reach, your confidence will get stronger and stronger. So, set a new goal today and begin a healthier lifestyle today! Here's some "food for thought", today's health minute:
