Set Your Goals For The New Year- Sharmita Rideau Health Minute
There's no doubt about it, the New Year is coming! There's no better time than now to set some goals. Plan for a longer, healthier life in the coming year. How do you do that? Goals. One at a time. Don't just make them, achieve them. Start simple.
Be careful not to put to many on yourself at one time, but set some simple goals for yourself. Goal examples: exercise at least once per week, eat smaller portions, cutting back on sugar, stop smoking for good, letting go of the juices and soda's or maybe cutting back on salt. Find a goal you can stick to and do it. Take it one day at a time. You can do it! Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!
