There's no science involved to losing weight.  It can get frustrating when your giving it your all and for some reason you don't see the pounds coming off.  Stay with it!  Your body will eventually start letting go of the weight.  Understand losing weight doesn't happen over night.

Just as it took years to pack on the pounds it's gonna take a little time to get it off.  BUT IT WILL COME OFF!  Stay at it.  Simple exercise will do the trick.  Put one foot in front of the other and be consistent.  Come to class and join other woman with the same goal.  Losing weight and getting a healthier body.
