Singer B. Smyth Arrested in Florida for Trespassing, and Threatening to Have Sex With Cops Wife

R&B singer B. Smyth was arrested Sunday (Dec. 22nd) in Coral Springs, Florida, after a traffic stop.

According to TMZ, 21-year-old B. Smyth, real name Brandon Smith, was pulled over for tailgating. When officers approached Smtyh's vehicle he became angery. He also refused to take his traffic citation and accused officers of racial profiling.

The police report also sates that the singer allegedly told officers, 'he was going to sleep with one of the officers wives.'

Because B. Smyth refused to leave the gas station where he was pulled over, police had to later arrest him for trespassing.
