Under the new state law customers can buy up to an ounce of recreational Chronic, and 1/2 pound of Merry Jane with a medical card at the Bay Area shop. CNN reports just because recreational weed is now legal to sell in California, doesn't mean users can light-up anywhere. It's still prohibited to blaze-up in public places, bars and restaurants in the state. Believe it or not, most landlords don't allow pot smoking inside their rental properties either.
