Snoop Dogg is hitting the road again. The West Coast legend announced today (Oct. 13) that he's embarking on the Puff Puff Pass Tour Part 2 this fall—and he's not going alone. Uncle Snoop is bringing along Bone Thugs-n-Harmony, Warren G, DJ Quik and Tha Dogg Pound for the 10-city mini tour going down this December. Snoop's proteges Pomona City Movement and LBC Movement are also on the bill for select shows. This new jaunt serves as the follow up to Snoop's original "Puff Puff Pass Tour" back in 2001. The Long Beach MC is proving to have more stamina for life on the road than most artists half his age. He just got off a 34-city The High Road joint tour with Wiz Khalifa this past summer.

The Dogg Father was recently recognized by the BET Hip Hop Awards. The network honored the 44-year-old with the I Am Hip Hop Icon Award. BET highlighted Snoop's 20-plus year career in hip-hop and praised the "Gin and Juice" MC for shaping the sound of West Coast rap. During his acceptance speech of the award, the Grammy-nominated rapper praised new school acts like Lil Yachty and Lil Uzi Vert (both 2016 XXL Freshmen) for being true to themselves, even if other rap OG's don't quite understand it.

“You gotta always be who you are,” urged Snoop during his speech. “I ain’t never been nobody but me.”
