BET reports music legend Stevie Wonder has filed a lawsuit against his former lawyer, Johanan Vigoda.  The tricky part is, Vigoda's been dead since 2011.  According to reports, Wonder filed suit claiming the deceased lawyer took advantage of his blindness and tricked him into signing a bogus contract 33-years ago. Because of that, the Grammy Award winning singer wants a judge to rule the contract is none-in-void.

Reportedly Wonders deal with Vigoda was drawn up when he was 21-years old.  On top of that, BET reports the legal documents stipulate that Vigoda would receive 6 percent of Stevie Wonder's royalties ”forever.” The 65-year-old music genius learned two years ago his label had been cutting checks to Vigoda and later widow, Susan Strack, since 1982 without his knowledge!

Do to the fact that Wonder has been blind since birth, the singer claims he was never made aware of this portion of the contract until recently. Therefore, Wonder says Vigoda “took advantage of a blind man.”

If that's not bad enough, Vigoda's window has also filed suit.  She's fighting the keep the contract in tact. In addition, once Stevie Wonder got wind of the "6% forever" clause in his contract, he must have stopped the payments.  So Strack's is also looking to collect back-pay on his royalties to the tune of $7 million.  Wow!
