Let's get heart healthy!  We need to really get serious about our over all health, but especially getting the ol' ticker up to par.  It is vital that we eat better and exercise regularly so that we can get more heart healthy.  Heart disease (a narrowing of the small blood vessels that supply blood and oxygen to the heart) is a killer.  A lot of times it is attributed to high blood pressure or obesity.  That's the bad news, now here's the good news...........

We are all different so it might take different measures for each of us to whip ourselves into shape.  There's no magic pill, we simply have to put one foot in front of the other and get moving.  You can do something about it.  Let's start today.  Let's strengthen the heart one day at a time!
