According to Billboard former Death Row CEO, Suge Knight and comedian/actor Katt Williams were ordered to stand trial for and alleged burglary in September 2014. The incident involved photographer, Leslie Redden, who was taking pictures of the two men and Suge's young son without permission. When she was spotted snapping the pics, the former rape mogul went ballistic and Redden alleges both men attacked her and took her camera.

Billboard reports a D.A. presented evidence to back up the woman's claims this week and L.A Superior Court Judge Ronald Coen ruled there was enough evidence to support robbery charges against Knight and Williams.  If that's not bad enough, the judge also ruled felony criminal threat charges against Suge were acceptable, after hearing the comments he made to the photographer during the incident.

Apparently Judge Coen saw surveillance footage that filmed the whole thing when it went down.  AllHipHop reports the video showed a very angry Suge Knight yelling obscenities at Redden, but didn't show him physically taking the camera. Thomas Mesereau, Knight's lawyer, claims his client wasn't involved in taking the camera and acted as any father would in that situation.

Katt Williams’ lawyer, Shawn Holley, claims the comedian didn't take Redden's camera either. Holley told the judge the camera was actually taken by a woman in Katt's entourage, but only to erase the pictures.

Standing trial for robbery isn't the only thing Suge and Katt have to worry about. The photographer also filed a lawsuit against them, alleging she suffered a concussion and injuries to her hands and wrists when she was attacked.  So she's definitely looking to cop a nice little payday as well.

Both men plead not guilty and are due back in court on December 11.  In the meantime with the laundry list of trouble Suge Knight's been in from the recent hit and run to various other convictions, he's looking at life if convicted.
