According to Billboard.com, east coast eatery, SweetGreen not only sells plenty of goods to help you watch your waist, but some jazzy T's as well.  Since 2013, the popular salad chain has been selling shirts that say "Beets Don't Kale My Vibe".  In this case, the pun is intended and gives a defendant nod to Kendrick Lamar's hit single "Bitch, Don't Kill My Vibe."

Fast forward two years, K Dot is actually gearing up to headline SweetGreen's Sweetlife Festival.  So the restraunt is definitely going to be looking to capitalize off the whole T-shirt and salad vibe.  No better way to do that, than with the "Beets Don’t Kale My Vibe" salad in the rappers honor!  That's right, and it sounds delicious too.  The salad is loaded with roasted chicken, shredded kale, goat cheese, organic wild rice and topped off with flash roasted beets marinated in balsamic vinegar, honey and extra virgin olive oil. Yum!!!

Finally, Young Money superstar Drake is set to be the first headliner for a new music fest taking place in Washington, D.C.  Looking to join the ranks of festival life, the city will host the Landmark Music Festival.  BET reports the inaugural music event will take place, Sept. 26-27 at West Potomac Park.

As for other acts include Wale, Indie rock band alt-J and a rock group called Strokes out of New York. In addition electronic acts Chromeo and CHVRCHES will also perform.

What's really cool though, is the fact that the Landmark Music Festival will actually help the city save and preserve historic landmarks.   As a matter of fact, the main purpose for the event is to raise awareness and much needed funds to restore the National Mall.

Another cool aspect to D.C.'s upcoming fest is, various artist performances will also be streamed live on both Live Nation and Yahoo Screen.  If you wanna catch it live, tickets can be purchased at landmarkfestival.org.
