So they say that having a baby really changes a person, and having a daughter for a man can change him drastically. It seems that since the birth of Miss Blue Ivey, that Jay -Z has decided to retire the "B" word and I don't mean Beyonce. He recently wrote a poem for his daughter and talked about denouncing the use of the word.
