Do You Think The City Of Lake Charles Should Loan Money To Build a New Hotel Near the Civic Center?

There are a lot of arguments for and against the city entering into an agreement like this. The city would loan the hotel money for part of the construction cost. The city would then be paid back by money generated from a hotel tax. Do you think the city should enter into this agreement?

It’s incredible to see the citizens of Lake Charles come together to improve their community in the wake of the Millennium Park fire, and we here at 107 JAMZ want to be a part of that movement. Between Oct. 26 and Nov. 6, volunteers are going to undo what a teenage arsonist heartlessly did last January. By restoring the park, we’re coming together in a positive way – and we hope you’ll join us!
