Things may be wrapped up for Comedy Central’s hit show “Mind of Mencia,” but that only means they’ve let Carlos Mencia back loose among the general population.  The good news is that he’ll be live at the Delta Downs Events Center on Saturday, Aug. 13 at 8 p.m.  The better news is that I’ll be talking with Carlos Mencia live on the air during Wednesday’s show!
