November 6, 2012 10:30 p.m. -- Well, folks, while there are still a few precincts outstanding, there aren't enough to change any outcomes at this point, so we're calling it. Charles Boustany and Jeff Landry will head to a December runoff in the 3rd U.S. Congressional District, while John Fleming will be the next U.S. representative for the 4th District.
