Keeping doing what your doing, exercise and add little something new every week. Today we will be adding to our simple steps incorporating squats in our exercise and also instead of eating canned veggies take the option of frozen, fresh or organic. Adding simple steps every week to each other equals progress and progress leads to weight loss and healthy living.
