With the passing of stars Carrie Fisher and, her mother, Debbie Reynolds, many are asking if you really can die from a broken heart.

Today let's work on changing our daily activities to benefit our hearts, so our whole body will be strong.

Last November was a crazy time for Hip-Hop.  Heavy D's sudden death shook the music world to it's core, then a couple of days later DJ Scratch, texted the unthinkable...."Erick Sermon had a heart attack today".  It was insane, however we didn't lose him and now he's got a warning for all of us.
