Sobriety and Seatbelt Checkpoint in Calcasieu Parish This Weekend
April 18, 2013 In an effort to combat impaired driving in our area of South West Louisiana, as well as to increase seatbelt usage, the Louisiana State Police Troop D will conduct a DWI and seatbelt checkpoint on Friday, April 19, 2013, from 10:00 p.m. to 2:00 a.m. at an undisclosed location in the Calcasieu Parish area.

Free Child Passenger Safety Check Event This Saturday in Lake Charles
March 8, 2013 Press Release: On Saturday, March 9, 2013, the Louisiana Passenger Safety Task Force will provide free child passenger safety seat checks in Lake Charles.
