[UPDATE] Second Person Dead in Geismar Chemical Plant Explosion

A second person is now reported dead. The names of the two deceased are Scott Thrower, who died Friday in a hospital, and 29-year-old Zachary Green who died in the blast. Around 77 people were injured.

Erdey that prohibits any device from being used to access, read, or post to a social networking site while operating a motor vehicle.
