Dmx has been serving a year long sentence for violating his parole and was supposed to be released today.  Unfortunately, that's not gonna happen because he recently picked up his 7th or 8th infraction.  According to prison officials, X was caught with drugs and will remain in prison until the length of his punishment plays out.

The album is coming together oh SO very nice!  We takin' em' back to when music made you FEEL somethin' on the this one!  This album will produce emotion, PERIOD.  The whole gambit from joy to sorrow and everything in between.  PLEASE prepare yourselves.
