Sean Ardoin Returns With A New Kool Track For The Winter [AUDIO]

When I first moved here to Lake Charles I ran across a father and son team who was at the head of the thing called Zydeco. They were Lawrence and Sean Ardoin. Now everyone knew Lawrence for his traditional style music and passed the tradition on down to his sons Sean and his younger brother Chris. Well it has been years since we've had the cool style of Sean. He recently did more contemporary gospel styled zydeco, but is back to appeal to the masses without changing his style or his message. The annual original Downtown Crawfish festival is this weekend in Lake Charles. The festival is chopped full of carnival rides, food and great entertainment.

One of the big things the festival has is over ten thousand pounds of hot boiled crawfish and a great lineup of Cajun and Zydeco music.

I will be in the building and hosting some of the Saturday concert events and enjoying some of the great food as well. Here is the lineup for this years Downtown Crawfish festival.
