There's an upcoming seminar on Thursday, October 18, for local high school students who want help to improve their interviewing skills for jobs. This weeks seminar will take place from 5 pm - 6 pm at the Cpl Donald Ray Stevens Recreation Center, located at 1619 Cessford St.

“Teen Connection” is designed to help teenagers learn job skills, college prep, social media, interview skills, and ACT prep among others. The classes are instructed by educators, government officials, and business leaders in the community.

 

  • Thursday, October 18: Students will receive practical tips and techniques needed to ace their next interview. Make an Impression: Successful Interviewing Techniques will teach students how to make a great impression so they can go from being good on paper to being the top all-around candidate.
