Temporary Closure Scheduled for Cleveland Street, May 24

There will be a temporary closure beginning on Tuesday, May 24, for the 600 block of Cleveland Street (between Common St. and Moss St.). The closure is projected to last one week, depending on weather conditions, said a press release from the City of Lake Charles.

The temporary street closure is needed to allow repair on an underground sewer line.

Though vehicular traffic will be prohibited, residents have been notified and will continue to have access. Drivers are asked to drive safely.
