Temporary Street Closure: Hazel Street

Lake Charles, La. - On Tuesday, August 15 at 7 a.m., the 2800 block of Hazel Street, south of W. 18th Street and North of Glenn Street, will close to vehicular traffic until 5 p.m.

The temporary closure is scheduled to allow the installation of a new sewer tap, said a City of Lake Charles media release. Residents in the area will still be allowed access to their homes.

Traffic control will be on site to provide safety for drivers and the work area.
