I remember back in the 90's I was hooked on Yo MTV Raps. The host was Dr. Dre and Ed Lover and they had the afternoons blazing. They would always talk to our favorite artist including A Tribe Called Quest, Brand Nubians and more.

One thing I used to look forward to every Wednesday was The Ed Lover dance. If there were reruns or for some reason he was off. It was a total bummer until the next week. Even if someone else tried to do it. It was not the same. Well the man who created the masterpiece was Mark The 45 King who was known for creating some serious joints. He worked with everyone from Jay-Z to Queen Latifah and more. The song was called "the 900 Number" and whenever I heard that song played I was either looking for Ed Lover or getting ready to do the dance. Check out a clip from back in the day.

Well the creator of the popular track took his turn doing Rhythm Roulette and when they mentioned using the records. He used all of them perfectly. Check out the clip below.
