The father of a fourth grade rapper from Brockton, MA is facing serious charges in regard to his 9-year-old's well being.


Luis Rivera Jr better known as Lil Poopy is only 9-years old and being exposed to things that adults don't have any business doing.  The youngster is all over Youtube with raunchy music videos that have gotten the attention of authorities and child services.
