Last week was a bummer when it came to the hip hop world as we mourned the passing of A Tribe Called Quest member Phife Dawg. Not only was he one of the best to hold a mic, he had the words that made alot of folks stop and pay attention to what he was saying.

He was hard at work on releasing new material for the fans and on Monday the video for a song called "Nutshell" was released. The track was produced by legendary producer J Dilla who also passed away a few years ago. But the music speaks for itself and this is gonna to be one for the books.

There will be a new EP that will be released called "Give Thanks" and from what I am hearing. It will be a great salute to legend of the hip hop genre and I will most definately be getting this one when it's released.
